What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens! If you cannot make your scheduled session, your reservation can be transferred to another day. We require at least 24 hours' notice for all reschedules. If you need to change your date, please contact us as soon as possible. Can I bring a friend to watch?
To ensure every student has enough space and guidance, we only allow one person per frame (except for our dedicated Duo Rug workshop). Every person in the studio must have a paid reservation.
What is the age requirement?
Our workshops are designed for ages 14 and up. Minors (12-15) must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I choose a design?
Keep it simple! High-contrast, bold outlines work best. Avoid fine lines, small text, or complex portraits. Think "coloring book" style. Please email your design to us 48 hours before your class so we can have your station ready.
When do I get my rug?
You take it home the same day! We handle the professional gluing and backing application in-studio, and you’ll do the final trimming and shaving so your rug is ready for the wall or floor the moment you leave.
